Hi Reskillers!
Join us for our next Reskilling meeting. We're setting some dates for our on-going Teacher's Series, collaborating the Grange on events and with other TS working groups. We'll make plans for the Apple Blossom Parade, hear about the Working Group Council's work on the EDAP (Emergency Descent Action Plan) and collaborate on more Reskilling events and happenings.

That's Monday, April 9th at 9:00 am at Coffee Catz in Gravenstein Station. We'll try to get the table in the back, but if that's not possible, look for the TS Reskilling sign, or some familiar faces.

Looking forward to seeing y'all there!

The Transition Sebastopol Working Group Council cordially invites you to join us for a community mixer at Aubergine on April 10th!

Come meet some of the folks involved in TS, learn about what we are doing, and find a way to get involved.

Our mixers are fun and informative, and a great way to join in the effort of creating community resilience.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

The Transition Sebastopol Working Group Council meets every other week to discuss Transition Sebastopol issues and projects.

All working group council meetings have an open door policy.
People who would like to attend a meeting may do so, in order to listen and witness our discussions on transition issues and decisions. Although attendees do not have a vote in decisions, they are allowed one 2-minute platform to speak their thoughts regarding an issue.

The WGC is also pleased to announce that our meeting notes are now open to the public for viewing!
You can see past Meeting Minutes HERE (goes to Google docs).

If you would like items of interest to be added to our agenda, you may write to the WGC at ts-wgc@googlegroups.com. We will review these requests, and once approved they will appear on the agenda of the next meeting scheduled.

Thanks for all your support!

Start: Apr 13 2012 3:30 pm

Friday afternoons at 3:30 at Coffee Catz, an informal gathering, usually outdoors, weather permitting. There has been a different assortment of folks at each one, usually 4 to 5 of us. We encourage you to try it some week.

Where: Coffee Catz, 6761 Sebastopol Avenue, Sebastopol

Drop in—arrival and departure times are loose.

First person there asks at the counter for the “Insurgent Elders” sign to put on the chosen table area so others can find you. You might check the far back room if the weather’s cold or wet and choose some shade if it’s warm outside. It’s possible no one would show up, but it hasn’t happened yet!
